These terms and conditions apply to the whole website. We can change these terms and conditions at any time. Any cHange will take effect on the date they are posted on this site.
By ordering you confirm that you accept and understand these terms and conditions.
Delivery
We intend to deliver the products during indicative time periods shown on our website or via email.
However we will not be liable if the products are delivered outside of those deadlines and we will not be liable for the consequences of any delay. If we are unable to deliver the products within the indicated delivery times, we will do our best to inform you of this by e-mail and to give you a modified delivery time. We are not responsible for the consequences of any delay.
Orders
Any order you submit is your offer to enter into a contract with us. Shortly after receipt of your order we will send you an email confirming the products you have ordered and that we have accepted your order subject to these terms and conditions, payment and availability of the items ordered. We must receive payment for the whole price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. If your payment datails cannot be authorised for any reason, we will tell you. A legally binding contract between us will only come into effect when our acceptance is dispatched. The details (price, etc) mentioned in the acceptance prevail over the details mentioned in any publicity.
Return policy and order cancellation
you have the right to cancel the contract with us without having to specify any reason for it within a period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery of the products. Such cancellation is subject to certain exceptions specified below.
You shall return us the products in a peroid of 14 days after notifying us your wish to cancel. You shall pay the shipping and be responsible of the products you return.
The products have to be return without any signs of use and in the original packaging, pack the products in such a way that they are not damaged in transit. If you return a products and it arrives to our office damaged, faulty or with any issue that causes its price drop, you shall be responsible of the drop in value. IF THE products ARE NOT PROPERLY REPACKED AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE RESOLD AS NEW, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO APPLY A CHARGE OF THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE products, WHICH YOU AGREE WE MAY DISCOUNT FROM YOUR REFUND FOR THE products.
We will refund the amount paid as soon as possible but no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day we receive the returned products.

Prices
ALL PRICES AND CHARGES ON THIS SITE ARE SHOWN IN EUROS (including vat) but not the DELIVERY CHARGES. THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR ORDER WILL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU ORDER, PLUS THE DELIVERY CHARGE. ALL THESE WILL BE clearly SET OUT IN YOUR SHOPPING CART BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER.
Prices may change at any time but possible changes will not affect the orders for which your order confirmation email has been sent.
ALL products SHALL REMAIN OUR PROPERTY UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY US.
FAULTY products
IN THE remote case THAT A PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY, CLAIMS RELATING TO QUALITY DEFECTS OR TO NON-COMPLIANCE SHALL BE FILED WITH US, UNDER PENALTY OF BEING NULL AND VOID, UPON DELIVERY (IN THE EVENT OF VISIBLE DEFECTS).
CLAIMS SHALL BE FILED BY MEANS OF A REGISTERED LETTER, WITH MENTION OF ALL RELEVANT DATA, INCLUDING ORDER NUMBER AND INVOICE NUMBER, IN DEFAULT WHEREOF WE SHALL BE ENTITLED TO CONSIDER ANY CLAIM AS BEING INADMISSIBLE.
IF THE CLAIM IS FOUNDED, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FREE REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCTS, WHICH APPEAR TO BE DEFECTIVE OR – DEPENDING ON THE CASE – THE PRICE OF THE ORDER. YOU EXPRESSLY RECOGNIZE THAT ANY OTHER LOSSES, INCLUDING ANY INDIRECT LOSSES, SHALL NOT BE RECOVERABLE FROM US.
RETURN POLICY OF NON-FAULTY products
As a customer you have THE RIGHT TO RETURN THE products WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF DELIVERY OF THE products WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION BEING CHARGED. IN SUCH CASE WE WILL REFUND THE SUM PAID, MINUS THE COSTS OF TRANSPORTATION TO THE CARD USED FOR PAYMENT.
LIMITED AND SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ONCE THE ORDER IS ACCEPTED.
THIs REFUND IS SUBJECT TO THE RETURN OF THE products IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED (PROPERLY REPACKED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING IF THEY WERE REMOVED FROM IT). YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS OF RETURNING THE products.
IF THE products ARE NOT PROPERLY REPACKED AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE RESOLD AS NEW, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO APPLY A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE products, WHICH YOU AGREE WE MAY DISCOUNT FROM YOUR REFUND FOR THE products.
IF THE products ARE DAMAGED WHILST IN YOUR property OR IF YOU FAIL TO RETURN ALL PARTS OF THE products, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO WITHHOLD PAYMENT OF ALL OR PART OF THE REFUND IN RESPECT OF THE products AS COMPENSATION FOR OUR LOSS ON THESE products.
FREE SHIPPING OVER XXX,XX€ – ITEMS THAT WILL BE RETURNED WHILE FREE SHIPPING WAS OPTIONAL AT THE CHECKOUT WILL HAVE TO COVER SHIPPING COSTS OF THE PACKAGE IF IT REACHES BELOW THE TOTAL AMOUNT NEEDED TO HAVE ACCESS TO FREE SHIPPING DISCOUNT.
TRADEMARKS
ALL SPECIFICATIONS AND PRODUCT CONCEPTS ARE OUR PRIVATE PROPERTY AND MAY ONLY BE USED BY YOU IN AS FAR AS NECESSARY FOR THE USE OF THESE PRODUCTS. REPRODUCTIONS OR USE OF THIS INFORMATION FOR OTHER PURPOSES IS FORBIDDEN. ALSO REPRODUCTION AND USE IS FORBIDDEN OF EVERY TRADEMARKS AND OTHER DISTINCTIVE SIGNS IN THIS SITE.
LIABILITY
OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE products YOU HAVE PURCHASED THROUGH THIS SITE, PROVIDED THAT WE HAVE TAKEN REASONABLE CARE WHEN WE DELIVER THE products TO YOU.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS IF THE DELAY OR FAILURE ARISES FROM ANY EVENT WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
